The Story of the Three Oars
There was once a large boat crossing a vast river. The boat was strong, the crew was talented, and everyone worked hard. Yet despite their efforts, progress was slow. Each group in the boat had its own oar. One team rowed faster, another focused on steering, while others concentrated on keeping the boat stable. Everyone was doing their job well, but they were rowing to different rhythms. The result? Lots of effort, but limited movement.
